As the Founder and CEO of the Darlene Johnson Foundation, TJ Myers oversees and spearheads the strategic direction and operational aspects of our organization. Her role is pivotal in guiding the foundation's mission, fostering partnerships, and driving impactful programs that aim to empower, uplift, and ensure that our initiatives align with our vision. She adds to her leadership her background in military service as a U.S. Army Veteran, continuing her deep commitment to serving and helping those in need.

Dusty Lane assumes the critical role of Director of Management and Quality Control at the Darlene Johnson Foundation, spearheading pivotal operational aspects. With meticulous attention to detail, Dusty ensures the implementation of robust quality control measures and the adoption of efficient management strategies. Since the foundation's inception, his steadfast leadership has been instrumental in upholding unparalleled standards, aligning every initiative with our unwavering commitment to serving communities with excellence.​

Tim Davis is the steadfast legal counsel for the Darlene Johnson Foundation, providing invaluable support and consultation. Leveraging his extensive expertise and academic background, Tim holds a Juris Doctor from the University of West Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. With a wealth of legal knowledge and a commitment to excellence, Tim contributes his seasoned counsel to our team, ensuring the foundation operates with clarity and compliance.

Rich is a wonderful, caring man who goes out of his way to help others.  Also, he’s a military veteran and former police officer.  Now along with teaching and helping out tremendously with the Darlene Johnson foundation, he’s the refrigerant engineer for a leading chemical company that develops and manufactures chemicals and bonding agents for the HVAC industry. He has taken the lead in the use of hydro-carbon refrigerants to replace the chlorinated fluorocarbon refrigerants that have been associated with planet warming/climate change.

Riki Yvette Westmoreland partners with the Darlene Johnson Foundation through her company, Riki’s World, LLC: Home of Butterfly Theratainment™, offering independent support in brand promotion, media design, and outreach strategy.

As part of this partnership, Riki’s World has provided digital sponsorship by contributing the foundation’s updated logo, color theme, official flyer, and the latest website design. Riki’s World also offers ongoing promotional assistance to strengthen the foundation’s online presence, support events and initiatives, and enhance community engagement in alignment with its mission.

​Martin Martinez brings a life shaped by resilience and service to the Darlene Johnson Foundation. Having overcome a childhood surrounded by drugs, alcohol, and hardship, Martin dedicated himself to living with integrity and helping others make better life choices. His years of service with St. Paul’s Mission in San Diego and mentorship of youth reflect his belief in kindness, compassion, and second chances. By sharing his story and leading with humanity, Martin strengthens the foundation’s mission to uplift lives and empower communities.

Randall Bales supports the Darlene Johnson Foundation through his lifelong dedication to creativity, innovation, and humanity. With over 57 years as a master jeweler and consultant to Hollywood icons, Randall has paired artistry with purpose, developing new systems and writing works that inspire empowerment. His humanitarian spirit and passion for helping others align seamlessly with the foundation’s vision, making him a vital force in advancing its mission of transformation and hope.

Dakota Michaels, Founder, Investor, Owner & CEO at DMI & Beautiful Mind Company, is a multifaceted business investor, entrepreneur, and visionary leader.
